Reservation Policy:

  1. Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website or by phone. Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  2. Availability: All reservations are subject to availability. If there is no availability for the requested date, we will offer alternatives or refund the payment made.
  3. Customer Information: When making a reservation, personal information will be requested from the customer, including name, phone number, email address, and any special requirements. This information will be used solely for reservation purposes and communication related to the tour.
  4. Confirmation: Once payment or a deposit has been made, a confirmation will be sent by email or phone with the tour details, including date, time, meeting point, and any other relevant information.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by the customer: Each tour must be reserved by paying a deposit.

  • In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup, no cost will be charged, and your deposit will be refunded or the option to reschedule the tour will be offered at no additional cost.
  • In case of cancellation between 24 and 12 hours before pickup, Mayan Way Tours will keep your deposit to cover the costs already incurred.
  • In case of cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of no-show, we will charge you 100% of the total amount of your tour.

2. Cancellation by the agency: In the event that Mayan Way Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions, in those cases, the option to reschedule the tour or a full refund will be offered.

3. Changes to the reservation: If the customer wishes to make changes to the reservation, such as changing the date or the number of participants, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, this will be subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

4. No-show: In the event that the customer does not show up at the meeting point on the scheduled date and time without prior notice, no refund will be made.

Please note that these policies may vary depending on the type of tour and the specific conditions of each reservation, as well as weather conditions. It is recommended to carefully review the policies at the time of booking.

Payments

Credit card payments have a fee of up to 7% depending on the Credit Cards. We recommend bringing cash. Our prices are in USD. Please note that we work with a monthly exchange rate for payments in pesos or euros. When you book your tour, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
