Credit card payments incur a fee of up to 4-7%, depending on the credit card. We recommend bringing cash. Our prices are in USD, and please note that we use a monthly exchange rate for payments in pesos or euros.

Keep in mind that the delivery schedule varies depending on the hotel/villas location and the pace of each group.

Please note that we will communicate your pickup time through a personalized email, which may differ from the automated pickup time sent by the booking platform. This adjustment is made manually based on your hotel/Airbnb location.

Each tour must be booked by paying a deposit. In this case, you can pay the full tour amount or reserve with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% will be collected upon completion of the service or at the end of the month on the date of payment (in the latter case, the remaining reservation fee is due with a notice of at least 30 days).

 

If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup, there is no charge, and we will refund your deposit.

 

For cancellations between 24 and 12 hours before pickup, MAYANWAY Tours will retain your deposit to cover incurred costs.

 

In the case of cancellation within 12 hours of pickup or a no-show, we will charge 100% of the total tour amount.

 

Please be aware that this tour may be canceled last minute due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel, we will offer alternatives or provide a full refund.
